OwnParks Shipping Policy
1. Purpose
This Shipping Policy outlines how OwnParks delivers its parking reservation and management services to users. As OwnParks operates as the primary service provider and manages all parking spaces directly, this policy ensures transparent service activation and revenue flow.
2. Nature of Service Delivery
- No Physical Shipping: OwnParks provides only digital parking management services.
- Instant Booking Confirmation: All parking bookings are confirmed in real-time via the OwnParks mobile app, website, or integrated APIs.
- Digital Proof of Booking: Users receive booking details via email, SMS, and/or push notifications instantly.
3. Roles and Responsibilities
- OwnParks (Service Provider):
- Owns, operates, and manages the parking spaces listed on the platform.
- Provides seamless booking, payment, and revenue management for its parking services.
- User (End Customer):
- Books parking spaces via OwnParks platform, pays for the booking, and avails the service as per terms.
4. Payment & Revenue Management
- All payments are collected at the time of booking through the OwnParks payment gateway.
- Payments are settled directly into OwnParks’ account.
- Users will receive a digital invoice for each transaction.
5. Service Delivery Timeline
- Instant Activation: Bookings are processed digitally and become valid immediately upon confirmation.
- No Shipping Delays: Since this is a digital service, no shipping logistics are involved.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Users may cancel their booking according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy (linked separately).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, where applicable.
7. Service Failure or Non-Availability
- In the rare event that a booked parking space is unavailable or inaccessible, OwnParks will provide:
- Full refund to the user, or
- Alternate parking arrangement (subject to availability).
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OwnParks operates and is to be read alongside the User Terms & Conditions.
